Price is a little high
Excellent service Courtney was my stylist and the first time she cut my hair. Courtney was very good with the conversationalist and everything seemed to go smoothly. Know matter who my stylist is they always do an amazing job.
Everything, always friendly and provide great service, and asking if I’m good on shampoo products
I have been there several times and each time with a different stylist. They continue to ask: ”what are we doing today?” Well maybe cut hair or you offer other services….why not keeping record of what you did last time sobraste isn continuity. Kathleen cut my hair last time and she was polite and educated, but it was not a good cut. The times before my wife gave kudos, not this time!
Stylist was very nice and explained how she was going to cut my 15 year old son’s hair to him. Very engaging and pleasant.

The lady who cut my hair was VERY kind and a did a fantastic job!
Estefany did the absolute minimum and perhaps sub-minimum required service for each aspect of my visit. She also seemed confident of certain strange policies she believed the store had but i was previously unaware of if they are actual policies. For example she stated that customers cannot pay for services using a combination of cash with credit card. She also believed she could not use two different kinds of shampoos. She was cordial, but i hope to avoid service from her in the future. This is the most i have paid for two shampoos. I did ask her politely about these prices and policies but i still accommodated her preferred style of service.

It is easy and convenient to get the hair cut I want. I especially like the customer notes so they can read what I like to have done.
What’s not to like? Very clean facilities, awesome staff, atmosphere was terrific.
Big shout out to Victoria! She is one of a kind, very sweet and polite, does outstanding cuts and very professional!

The MVP
I went in and it was empty, I was asked to sign in, all normal. But then I sat there for like 5 minutes while she talked. The chair was left very very hairy. I began wiping it, she did not notice and help. I just gave up and sat on a lot of someone else's hair. I honestly should have just left. Then when she was cutting my hair she just shaved a bunch of sideburn without even asking if I want my beard shaven and so I had to shave my whole beard off for the first time in my life. This was a violation of my customer dignity and shows a lack of attention or respect. I hope not to affect her livelihood but I wish nobody would have to experience what I did yesterday. Please give a warning first if possible, she does seem sweet and could have been having a bad day. Unless this is a pattern. Thank you for reading and happy new year, hope you have a great one.
