This continues to happen over past few haircuts..
You click a stylist or first available online. Time might say…20 minutes. Click yes and secure my haircut time.
I head to location and arrive within 15 min of making my appt, but 10 min after I make appt, I receive a notification that I have been removed from queue. ? (Via text)
I am no longer in “line” and I have to wait more than a half hour to get haircut …
What is this about? 90% chance I do not come back unless I can speak to someone about this to ensure this no longer happens again.
