Haircut was about a 4/10.
Honestly, the upsell, the MVP isn't costly and its worth the little extra. I do like the hair stuff with tea tree in it, I even got a fray hair holder which has held well. The manager Brittney is who cut my hair and she definitely knew once I tried to get what I liked, which is very helpful as I'm not difficult but she definitely made it better with her experience and knowledge base. Makes each visit great and comfortable.
Lucy provides excellent service. Easy check-in with the app.

The online check in is great but it does also deter me from getting an appointment when the wait time is in excess of 2 hours. Also, I could not check in or place the appointment before opening of the store? I waited outside with about 5 others and was unsure if I could get in.

The haircut was not very good. The stylist was very nice but when we got home I realized how choppy it was and not blended properly. I also asked for a hard part and she forgot, then told me when I pointed it out at the end of the haircut, she told me my son “didn’t need it.”

The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, and the attention to detail is excellent. It’s always an easy, comfortable visit. Highly recommend.
