Sloppy, rude, unhappy, unpleasant stylist. Just a simple 10 year old cut for my son. We waited 5-10 min in an empty waiting room. One stylist was working, 4 other stylists were pacing back in forth in the rear rooms, trying not to make eye contact with us. Finally, a rude non personable slob hacked my son’s hair up in less than 5 minutes and charged $25.

I signed in online for appointment and arrived at the store and signed in 5 min before my appt time. After waiting 10-12 minutes I assumed I’d be next. No. I voiced my disappointment with a stylist and she said that I’d be next in about 20 minutes. I said that’s ok and left. Why should I make an appointment if it doesn’t matter.
The app cuts down the wait time and I get a very good haircut. The barbers are also very friendly.

Walked in for a haircut and signed in. Another customer walked in after me. They took him first and told me I hadn’t signed in yet and I’d have to wait. I said no thanks and walked out WhithOut a haircut. I can’t believe they listed me as having one since no one cut my hair!!!
Everyone there was sincere and very customer oriented. I asked for a certain style of hair and showedy stylist what I wanted and she did it flawlessly..I especially love the cost. Anywhere else I have gone in Houston is $50 a cut.
I will be coming back to this shop from now on.
My stylists was also training a new employee and was very apologetic to me for having to go and teach on the register or anything else.

If you are going to speak in Spanish about your customers, probably a good idea to make sure your customers don't understand what you are saying.
Non-Hispanics can, and do, understand Spanish.
Will take my business elsewhere next time where, if barbers are going to say things negative about me, they say it in English to my face.
