I wish the stylists were more consistent with leaving notes after haircuts so other stylists could give a customer their “usual” haircut. My son couldn’t see our usual stylist today (Karrie) and Leyla cut his hair instead. He is almost 13 years old and she cut his hair like a 4 year old, including cutting off his sideburns without asking him first. We have been coming to this location for at least 8 years, maybe longer. As my kids get older, the consistency with the haircuts and listening to them is important because they care more about it.
Did not cut my hair as requested.

They charged me for the triple play most expensive Haircut when all I came in for was a basic haircut. They offered also to shampoo without telling me the cost so it just feels a little bit like a rip off or misleading.
I’ve always received a great haircut from Shonta, the waits usually short. Products are pricy, found the same Nioxin at TJ Max for $30 less.. but 🤷🏼♂️…

My stylist Maria G has been compassionate and caring since I met her. She has always sold me products that helped my hair. She let me know if my scalp had issues and sold me products to remedy the problem. I’m relocating to Orlando, Florida and I can only hope to find a stylist that measures up to her.
