The app to schedule an appointment online is very helpful. Dre was my stylist at my last apppintment. It was her first time cutting my hair and she did a very good job. I will definitely come back to her.

It's expensive. The quality of haircut and experience varies greatly depending on personnel and personalities. No incentives for loyal customers.
I go to sports clips pretty regularly and I never know how it’s going to go, this previous time I went I asked for a medium fade, showed my hairdresser where I wanted it specifically and she shaved both sides of my head all the way to the top of my head. With the “super shaver” I might add so I am completely bald all around my head with a full head of hair at the top. Honestly looks like I’m wearing a bad toupee. Now I’m going to have to wear a hat everywhere for the next 2 weeks because I am that embarrassed of the cut.
