The technician was thorough and did a great job!
The zerorez technician (Zoram) was great to work with. He answered any questions I had about the service and spent time making sure I was please with each area he cleaned. He was very polite and careful with the walls, doors and furniture. I had some very worn traffic areas and the cleaning process made them look great. I was very pleased. The technician explained that is it recommended to have carpets cleaned yearly and I will definitely invite Zerorez back for that cleaning.

Arnel was very professional and explained how/why your system works as I was skeptical about the no-soap thing. I really appreciated that. My carpets had not been cleaned in over 10 years and I was surprised how beautiful and come they turned out and I was pleased that it dried fast.

Just not what I expected. When I called for an appointment I told the person that I had dog smell that I wanted removed. I was quoted a price. I wasn't told until the technician was here that was a different treatment and that it cost more. Had I known in advance, I could have been prepared for the additional cost. While my carpet has been cleaned, due to it now having been wet, the smell is worse than it was before it was done. I will say that the technician was very friendly and tried to do a good job.

My carpets look amazing! And they were dry just hours after they were done! Very impressed will use them again
No chemicals or cleaners
Tim was very informative and attentive to my wants and needs. There were several small stains and a couple of larger stains that I was afraid would not come out but they did! I have all light colored carpets and they look fantastic! I will definitely use zerorez again!
The technician, Tim, was great!! Very personable and very professional. He explained the process very well, and kept me informed of the progress. When I needed to make decisions, he explained the different aspects of the options.
The process is great!! Our carpet is very old and had lots of pet stains, but thanks to Tim's diligence, it now looks and smells like new!!

After all the hype I heard for years, I am just not impressed. The problem areas were just as dirty again after just a couple weeks and overall the carpet felt to me as though it would after having any other outfit come and do the job. That being said, it is ridiculously old carpet that sat in an unused apartment for 7+ years before we moved in and you all aren't magicians but I still expected the clean to last a bit longer I suppose. I dont think there is anything I can ask that would make it right, not even if offered a re-treatment gratis. But I appreciate the professionalism of the techs, minus leaving equipment in walkways. My wife hit her foot on the metal vac head and it bugged her for a week. Anyway, thank you for your time. Have a great day
