I was rescheduled twice, but when the tech finally got here he did a fine job. I guess they had too many jobs and I got bumped twice. That was inconvenient because I had moved all my things out of the rooms so the carpet could get cleaned easily. So the apt. that started out on tues. finally got done on Fri.
Everything went smoothly. Good tech and good job.

I didn't like that there was a $15 environmental fee and I didn't like that we were asked if we wanted to leave a tip. I felt like some of my spots on my rugs that were cleaned are already visible again.

I was quoted a number on the phone, which I thought was high for the small space but went with it. The technician came and gave us a number 4x higher. Even though the company made it right by having my husband wait on the phone for 18 minutes to give permission to do the job for what we were told, I still don’t know I would use you again. The run around was a lot to handle. Price was so high, and the number the technician gave was flat out laughable.

Customer service was great. The technician was super nice and respectful, the price I agreed to pay is not what I expected for the results I received. I understand that some stains may not come out, but gum and candy still in the carpet.? I’d like to speak with someone and negotiate a new price or have it redone.

The technician was able to remove an old red/pink stain from the bedroom carpet. We assumed the carpet was ruined.
I have some spots that are still damp as of Saturday night and I have put a space heater near it off and on several times. Cleaned on Thursday morning.
He needed to go over the spots he extra cleaned a couple of more times to suck up the water better.
