No chemicals is a big plus. Our two experiences with Zerorez have been awesome! The people we’ve talked with on the phone as well as the technicians have been professional and kind.
The service man was excellent and did a wonderful job and our carpet was excellent and we are very very pleased. Thank you very much we've tried a zillion other things and this was the best ever.

I had 3 rooms in my house cleaned that hadn't had the carpets cleaned for 9 months or so. The room with the dirtiest carpet (highest traffic) did not get cleaned properly and I was not home when the tech came that day. There were stains and spots that were still there after the cleaning. I let Zerorez know and they scheduled me in to have someone come and do that room again. The tech came and did a fantastic job. I was impressed that they would come back and make sure it was done correctly and to my satisfaction.
The service was excellent from the scheduling of my appointment till the carpet technician was finished cleaning my carpets. The technician was prompt in arriving. He was friendly and explained the cleaning process thoroughly. My carpets looked amazing when he was finished. I will tell all my friends about this wonderful cleaning company.
Primarily the fact that the process is chemical-free. We have our great grandson with us daily. He is about to crawl and we don't want him on a dirty, or chemical-laden surface. Secondarily, the technician was personable and efficient. We felt comfortable having him in our home.
Very pleased with the the quick and pleasant service I received. Zoram did an great job and was very professional. He did 3 properties for me and was very knowledgeable in making suggestions and keeping in contact with me to make sure we were on the same page. He even went the extra mile and added the deoderizing treatment after he had finished cleaning and was very pleasant about it. The guy that showed up to clean our carpets really loves his job and it showed. He was so nice and seemed excited to clean our carpets. They look fantastic, I really didn’t expect much because our carpet is very old and has not been professionally cleaned for years. We vacuum regularly and shampoo them ourselves but there were many stains and bad spots just due to high traffic areas so I figured we would give you a shot and see what happens. WOW !!!!!’ They look brand new again what a great job. We will definitely be giving you a call again. Thanks

I paid $300 just for urine treatment that seem not that impressive. I was right the the area I was most concerned about smells of urine. My tech kept asking and all I could smell is the cleaner when he was here. The room to me is no different. The whole cleaning cost over $500 and I even had him come back that night because of missed areas. I want it fixed ASAP or a refund. Not happy...

The guy that cleaned our carpet worked really hard to clean some really pet stained carpet. He was upfront with what he could do and how much it would cost.

I have some spots that are still damp as of Saturday night and I have put a space heater near it off and on several times. Cleaned on Thursday morning.
He needed to go over the spots he extra cleaned a couple of more times to suck up the water better.
I was rescheduled twice, but when the tech finally got here he did a fine job. I guess they had too many jobs and I got bumped twice. That was inconvenient because I had moved all my things out of the rooms so the carpet could get cleaned easily. So the apt. that started out on tues. finally got done on Fri.
Asked me if I had questions too many times.
Missed a pee spot down a short hall that I found after he was gone.
Otherwise it was a good experience
