I had some pretty ugly, dirty carpets. Gabe came and took the time to make sure that the job was done satisfactorily-he exceeded expectations. The process was quick. The drying time was quick. Overall it was the one of the best experiences with carpet cleaners.

We had our carpets cleaned this week and I was amazed at the thorough job Arnel did in the carpet and especially the stairs. I will use Zerorez again. The only concern I had was when I called and set up the appointment, I was told an estimate and was also told the stairs would be counted as a room . I also talked about having pet stain removed and I was under the impression that the price I was given was included with the estimate. When Arnel got here the actual price was $100 more than what was quoted. I would be more careful about estimating. All in all I am very pleased with the work done

Everything we needed was completed and I also appreciated the use of booties, gloves, and face mask as we needed to get the carpet cleaning done in the midst of this COVID-19 outbreak. There are a number of very wet spots still and a few of the rooms. We did not expect that. The carpet seems to have a coating of something on it when rubbed with the bare hand or walking barefoot on it. Again, we did not expect that. It might go away in a few days. We will see. The young man who provided the service was very professional and did answer any questions we had.

The guy who came out to clean are carpets was beyond amazing. We live in Utah and had a rental property done. He called me and walked me through the entire home and made suggestions without being a pressure sales person. He was honest. He took time to take before and after pictures too because I wasn’t able to see it in person.

We really liked our tech. Worked hard, efficient, well spoken. But he missed details on our tile cleaning; behind the bathroom door and around the edges of the toilet, the edges under the toe-kick of the kitchen cupboards. I’m thinking of calling the office to see about a touch up.

Arnell did a great job explaining the process he was doing and was very professional in his service. Very accommodating. Ended up doing 3 extra rooms for us. Service was good. Technician was very careful about floors and corners. Hard working.

The carpets look good. It's too early to know for sure how they hold up, given the claim that zerorez keeps them from getting dirty as soon as other carpet cleaning companies. When I arrived home after the cleaning was done, there were very large bumps in the carpet because it had stretched out in the process. I was very concerned and called to ask about it and I felt like the person answering the call wasn't prepared to answer my concerns. At first he told me how, if carpets haven't been stretched in a long time, or were last stretched poorly, the carpet clearning process will show that, but then he went on to say the lumpiness should go back down in a day or two, then he said to wait 72 hours and the lumpiness should be gone. I felt like he was just trying to find something to say that would satisfy me. The lumpiness did go down overnight and looks like what I expected. Just being ready to explain, in advance, these possibilities of how carpet reacts to clearning would go a long way to releive customers' concerns.

The fact that you take all the dirty water OUT of the house is a big plus! Also, no residue left on the carpeting is a big plus! Having corner guards for the walls is a big plus! The fact that my carpets now look brand new is a big plus! I loved the special that I also got in on. BIG PLUS!
