The tech was very professional. He did a get job getting the stains and old smells out of our carpet. He was quick and efficient.
The carpet cleaner, Tim, was VERY professional and esp courteous which I appreciated very much. He was always seeking for the best way to help me as the customer and respectful of my opinions. He answered all my questions about my carpet stains in a way which made sense to me. He was esp willing to go beyond just the minimum to have the customer satisfied. My carpet had never been professionally cleaned since I got it 15 years ago, ... I will definitely use the service again. It looks great!

One suggestion: If your cleaner had a nice fresh clean, soap scent that stayed in the house a few days, that would be something that would help me be a return customer. My carpets are clean but a clean smell along with that is very desirable.
Carpet cleaner was good. He did step on some plants and pulled a vent off of the house. I was able to replace the vent. I think you should talk to people about how the carpet will temporarily wrinkle but as it dries it will tighten up. Also the dry time seemed longer than was explained to me. I waited until the next morning to move things back when I was told 7pm. Overall good experience just not great.
I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning.....although I had him come out and redo the kitchen traffic area, He was very good in coming back, I appreciated him very much. Thanks Tim for putting up with me and my picky request.

Spots are reappering and when I clean them with my "cheap" carpet cleaner I can't believe all the dirt I remove after just 7 days :(
After all the hype I heard for years, I am just not impressed. The problem areas were just as dirty again after just a couple weeks and overall the carpet felt to me as though it would after having any other outfit come and do the job. That being said, it is ridiculously old carpet that sat in an unused apartment for 7+ years before we moved in and you all aren't magicians but I still expected the clean to last a bit longer I suppose. I dont think there is anything I can ask that would make it right, not even if offered a re-treatment gratis. But I appreciate the professionalism of the techs, minus leaving equipment in walkways. My wife hit her foot on the metal vac head and it bugged her for a week. Anyway, thank you for your time. Have a great day
