Customer service was great. The technician was super nice and respectful, the price I agreed to pay is not what I expected for the results I received. I understand that some stains may not come out, but gum and candy still in the carpet.? I’d like to speak with someone and negotiate a new price or have it redone.

The stains did not come out of a lot of areas. The man working was very nice, very very nice but I wish there was a way to get stains, some, and this red dye from a drink that was spilled out.

When I called for an appointment, I told your agent that I had two rooms and a hallway. Price quoted was $120 . When your technicians arrived they bumped the price up $35 to $155. I questioned it and he refused to accept the quoted price. When finished that evening we noticed the edge of carpet 1 to 2 inches next to the wooded floor in the kitchen was still filthy. And a square about one foot was missed.
