I was taken back by 200.00 to clean just the base of my couch no cushions had to be cleaned way over priced

The service tech was very nice. I was not impressed with how the carpets were cleaned and felt like there was a smell in the carpet days after the service was done. It was a very odd smell and not one of carpet that had just been cleaned. Overall it was not what I expected.
