I’m not disappointed at all but at this point, the day after the cleaning, I haven’t seen the finished job but input from those who have is very good. They’re a bit more expensive but the results, from those who have seen, are good.

A week after my carpets were done, they look like they weren’t cleaned at all or very good. I don’t allow people to wear shoes in my house so it’s not like my carpets were awful. I was hopeful, but In the end, I was disappointed.
We had our tile and grout cleaned and the technician sprayed the sealant all over our tiles instead of just the grout. He asked us if he could because of his bad back and us trusting him and him saying it wouldn’t do any damage we said yes. There was so much residue left over all over our floors, it was sticky and I had to mop everything up. That still didn’t help as now our tiles look matte and “dirty” and you can see foot prints/track marks all over them and they still feel sticky. Also the guy told us to mop if there was any residue left over not stating that we should wait 24 hours. When you mop, the floor becomes so slippery and you can feel the chemical just staying on top of it and not coming off. Also I felt like I should’ve been told about the sealant and how much it cost when I was getting a guesstimate. I’m not a floor expert and this is my first time getting it done so it would’ve been a nice curtesy since it was an additional almost $300 for the sealant. Overall the grout looks cleaner but there are some spots that the technician missed and they are very visible. I trusted this company and paid a lot of money just for my floors to not be clean and ruined. If the guy had a bad back and he knew about it then he should’ve had another team member with him to help with the sealant but he tried to sweet talk us and do a half assed job. For the amount of work that needed to be done, I would think you guys would send two people to do it anyways. Very very unhappy.

Tile and grout look so much better. Since much of it was done by a machine there are places on the edges that are not as clean as the places the machine could reach. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome.
