Zeroeez is always prompt, quick, professional and affective!
The best thing would be not send out the bill until the product is finished.
Other than that I would have no problem recommending your service. Very happy with the timely pickup and delivery. No one likes handing around waiting for someone to show up.

The guys weren't on time they were early! Love that. Also though I closed all closet doors (trying to not pay extra) they did all closets as a courtesy. Love these guys!

Jimmy & Julien arrived on time, set up quickly and carefully. Each wore booties and put wall guards up to protect corners of the house. They thoroughly cleaned the areas/area rugs and by request, used their fans to dry carpet quickly.

The grout did not come out as clean as I thought.
I have used Zero Rez 3 times now and each time my carpet looks brand new. Jimmy was a great help, very knowledgeable and I will definitely be requesting him next time

Justin was professional, took time to listen to my areas of concern. I really like the corner protectors he used. My carpets are not new but they look great. Justin pays attention to details and found spots that I hadn't seen. Justin contacted someone about water spots on the back of my entryway carpet and got those out! I would recommend this company and this employee to get your carpets clean. Very happy with this company and will have them & Justin back next year.
