Prompt arrival. Careful with equipment and bumpers around door ways so hoses do not damage the wood work. Carpets are clean and dry immediately and stay clean.

Tanner did an absolutely amazing job. We had some serious problem areas with our tile. Tanner worked on it came up with a solution and got the job done in a timely manner. This is the second time we’ve had ZeroRez out to clean our floors. First time our carpets and this time our tile. Each experience has been professional and with excellence! Fast, affordable and efficient
The carpets we have look great after zerorez cleaned them. Also they were not soaking wet when done and dried quickly. Even the area rugs looked great. Would highly recommend zerorez.

What’s most important to me is that Zerorez doesn’t use harsh chemicals- with two young children and pets that are on our carpets constantly, that’s a huge relief to me that I don’t have to worry about. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were able to schedule our services. Our techs were also great and very thorough!
I love that you offer a service where you pick up the rug and take it to deep clean. The technician was very polite and professional. He helped me move my couch and he took the rug and mat out of the house for me. I would definitely recommend Zerorez!
