I have used Zerorez on a number of occasions for my retail stores. They have done outstanding work and rescued carpet that was thought to have been stained. And they have done this for a reasonable price.

My technician Brad was on time, polite and thorough. He was able to get rid of a couple tough stains and was professional throughout the entire process.

I just got off the phone with Sierra - your person took a rug and my husband had to help him lift the bed and rug and ended up hurting his hand and bleeding. While I did tell your person who came to take the rug that he needs to get another person along to get the rug back in its place I still called to ensure its taken care off. The lady tells me that she cannot guarantee that there will be 2 people - so you expect Clients to do the work ?? She says Jacksonville office has 2 people and Orlando does not have - well then you should not do business in Orlando if you cannot hire people required to the work or you should not take rugs to clean at your place. I am not paying you to have my husband do the work !!!!
