I was quoted $189 for three room and 15 stair then $40 for pet stains and deorderizing. So my price went up to $309 I was ok whatever. I had to leave so the tech left before I came back. The ad says dries in 1hr that is why I called them he stopped at around 10:30am it is 2:42pm and the stairs are still soaked and dirty. My husband had to redo the stairs to removed all the excess water. We was going to put my home up for sale today but guess what we couldn't because the carpet was still drenched. I am very disappointed worse $309 ever spent. And on top of that the tech has the nerve to come into my home and criticize our music. It took about 12hrs to dry

We have used this company for years, previously when we lived in metro Atlanta. Consistently provide good service. I also like the way no heavy cleaning chemicals are used like at some of the competitor companies.

My sister used Zerorez and loved it. Bryan did an amazing job. You hate to think your carpets are dirty but he was able to show me the line between clean and dirty. It was amazing. Bryan was very professional and did a great job. I will have him back in 6 months. I may consider them doing our tile.

The first and most important thing I love about Zerorez is that after the carpet cleaning you do not have that chemical smell or a hard rug. The rug is clean and has that fluff not a crispy feel to it. They cleans my sofa chairs as well and again no chemical smell. It was clean and soft. I would recommend them 100%.

Tanner came out and did a amzing job cleaning up a couch we had that has had 4 kids and 2 dogs do some work on it. Now its nice and clean.

The technician did a good job. He told me that the extra that I paid for the stain remover would GUARANTEE that the stains would NEVER come back. Well two of them did. NOT happy with that. Will you come back out and retreat those areas?
