The technician was very professional and courteous. Explained the procedure to me. Removed stains from carpet and made the wear pattern in the master bedroom disappear. Highly recommend

No harsh chemicals and safe for the home owner. Our technician, Jimmy, was very courteous and professional. There was no after odor like other commercial rug cleaners. I would recommend this company and will use them again. Very satisfied.

I really loved everything except when the tile dried it was left with a chalky haze that we left footprints in and I have had to mop twice to try and get it off. For the price I would have preferred to not have to mop after
I like that there isn't any residue left on my carpets. I hope this will be less problematic than the typical shampooing process with attracting dirt.
