The associate was great. Really got the old carpets much cleaner and removed most of the mystery stains from the previous owner. I would use them again
Rugs are clean, tech was great
Rugs were cleaned well with the exception of an area rug half of which was left soaking wet. Later realized that the technician tripped the circuit breaker and therefore there was no power to finish the last portion of the carpet. Technician left without saying anything. The electrical circuit was overloaded to the point that it will have to be replaced.
