There is nothing special about propane. It's a commodity where price is the main factor for choice. What differentiates a distributor is the level of service provided to the customer. Freeman Gas has very good customer service, in that they actually answer the phone and respond quickly to customer needs. Their technicians are friendly, courteous and take time to answer questions. Importantly, Freeman is proactive, showing up to fill the tank as soon as levels dip below 35%. I recommend Freeman.

I liked the Freeman Gas service better than Superiors "auto fill-up." I had to wait two weeks after requesting propane using the phone (several phone calls) and Superior's app. I love the drivers and the "Freeman" name on the trucks. The drivers are so courteous, informative and knowledgeable about propane! We love our propane!

Quick and professional
I was glad to get an automatic refill on 12/1/25. I was going to call for a refill before Christmas as we did not want to run totally out like last January. I am glad to report that the online gauge level agrees with the actual gauge level. I am disappointed, however, that the early discount percentage has been reduced compared to my last fuel payment.
