Courtesy and professionalism! Prices seem to be fair. Genesis, I am not a fan. Our family has bought and leased three vehicles from Don Franklin. I went to Genesis to look into purchasing a G70; no salesperson came to help or answer any questions. So when or if I buy, I will have one of the salespeople from Sonata/Ty Cobb get the sale. Don Franklin still has my business!

His sales experience & knowledge has been exemplary in finding exactly what met my needs at the time. When my sister was visiting recently, I brought her in to meet Ty & he helped her with a lease, as well! So, again, thanks, so much.
