No pressure, no bait-and-switch, and everything was upfront and straightforward. When we couldn’t make a deal, we didn’t, and that was fine. Later, when we did come to an agreement on something else, we signed. All in all, exactly what I want the car buying experience to be like.

He showed us vehicles with the options we were considering. When we decided on our color choice, he worked to find that exact vehicle, and he did.
