Being in sales myself before I tend to really not like seeing sales people do "techniques" on me. I've bought from Brad a couple times now because he truly makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend about what the best deal is for me. I wish more sales people gave that off better. But he's a big reason why I personally stick with Don Franklin.
