Your on-line service scheduling system works well. You have not attempted to "up-sell" me on any of the service work that you have performed on my vehicle.
I like that I can get an appointment when I (my car) needs one. The location is right down the road from house. I like that there are faces I know when I get there, although they've expanded the service desk and now have some new faces, too. Their waiting area is beautiful, spacious and modern designed. I also liked that they had some coffee and amenities in the waiting area.
