I bought a Hyundai Kona recently. The sales person, Mike, helped me find a Kona with the right features and options that I was looking for. He listened to me and answered my questions I had when comparing different packages. He helped me find a car that I really love.
What influenced my purchase was the 500k miles powertrain warranty. Even for pre-owned vehicles. Caveat being that the car has to be serviced at any Don Franklin dealership. Which fortunately are near me.
I also purchased an extended warranty for 100k miles for a reasonable price. Which is surprisingly pretty good. If any mechanical or electrical issues come up, I would pay a small fee to get it fixed. No more expensive trips to the mechanic.

My service was excellent, my service agent Mr. Ron always look out for me.. he makes sure my car is taken care of I never have to call an ask questions he’s upfront with me when I drop it off.. I wouldn’t take my car any other place..
staff worked hard to fit me in an was polite. cordial and treated my problem with a sense of urgency .
I like the service. But I did not like being asked $4,000.00 over sticker for a new vehicle. That’s gouging.

I recently had an unrepairable flat tire. I contacted the Parts and Service Departments on Monday. They ordered the tire & had it by Thursday. I spoke with "Alexis" & asked if I needed to schedule service. She said they were heavily booked & suggested that I bring my vehicle in & leave it for a few hours & she'd squeeze me in where she could. A little bit more than an hour later, my vehicle was ready. Alexis & The Service Department at Don Franklin Hyundai Lexington are totally awesome. I always feel well taken care of.
