I bought a Hyundai Palisade. I had previously owned a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe which was still running well and had hardly any mechanical issues in its history. It was hit and totaled, hence the need for a new vehicle. Because of the excellence of the Santa Fe, I wanted another Hyundai and I really liked the Palisade. The Palisade was an excellent choice! I had not dealt with Don Franklin since it had taken over the Hyundai dealership, so I had no expectations going into the buying process.

I can unequivocally recommend doing business with the dealership. My salesperson, Michael Chisley was fantastic. Everyone else I can into contact with the day of my purchase was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and respectful. I especially appreciate the electronic service Don Franklin provides. The young man who demonstrated the buttons on the instrument panel and connected my phone to the android auto was much appreciated.
