The process of completing the trade in and purchasing of another vehicle was the shortest I have ever had . Bought the car for my teenage daughter. She had to drive from Richmond to the dealership in Lexington to get the car serviced. I bought a Hyundai Kona recently. The sales person, Mike, helped me find a Kona with the right features and options that I was looking for. He listened to me and answered my questions I had when comparing different packages. He helped me find a car that I really love.
What influenced my purchase was the 500k miles powertrain warranty. Even for pre-owned vehicles. Caveat being that the car has to be serviced at any Don Franklin dealership. Which fortunately are near me.
I also purchased an extended warranty for 100k miles for a reasonable price. Which is surprisingly pretty good. If any mechanical or electrical issues come up, I would pay a small fee to get it fixed. No more expensive trips to the mechanic.

My service was excellent, my service agent Mr. Ron always look out for me.. he makes sure my car is taken care of I never have to call an ask questions he’s upfront with me when I drop it off.. I wouldn’t take my car any other place..
