I was not to happy with Don Franklin sales . I was looking for a 2022 Tucson to buy .My sales person was not communicating with me about how it was going on a regular basis .I had to go to another dealer to buy a vehicle .The 10 rating is given to James in the parts Department who helped me puchase accessories for my 2022 Tucson. James went above and beyond . Service took a little longer then i was 1st told but it was communicated to me later that friday would be not be ready until monday morning which was at least communicated to me so i could make other arrangements for transportation for the weekend .

I liked the non pushy sales person. I liked the fact that they make u feel like I are part of a family. Keep hiring people who enjoy their jobs and are willing to go above and beyond to help you.
