Initially when I called in to have my car serviced for recalls they told me I could wait several hours on it. So on Saturday I was prepared to be waiting on my car for 4-5 hours. My appointment was at 8am, at 8:40 they had my vehicle ready. I was thrilled I didn’t have to wait, the employees were so accommodating.
Service department is always very nice and they explain things well, Tommie was great and very knowledgeable.

I had my 2018 Sante Fe Sport serviced and was in and out quickly with no issues. I have had 4 Hyundai's and as a former capital equipment dealer I know what good service is supposed to be. Don Franklin has serviced my cars over the years, kept them in top shape and advised when I need to perform various services to keep my Hyundai's in top shape. Always a pleasant experiecne.
