The Service Dept at Don Franklin, like many other businesses, faces challenges with supply chain. Even while waiting on a part for my vehicle they always kept me abreast of the estimated arrival time of the part. They contacted me immediately upon receipt of the part my vehicle needed and made the repair for me right away.

I will always happily recommend this dealership to anyone. Their attention to detail with their customers, their follow-up conversations, and the quality of their work will keep me returning year after year.
