I had previously taken a day off work, driven and hour to Gates Hyundai, and waited for 45 minutes to find out that they didn't have the part for the recall - the sole purpose of the appointment. With your service, you wouldn't even book the appointment until you had the part, I drove just as long, but you were ready and I was out the door in less time with the service actually completed. It was so simple and everyone from the scheduler, to the parts guy, to the service guy were friendly and helpful.
