Everything! From my first contact with DF, I got a response via email. Then I arrived to test drive the vehicle and was met by Kanon. Olivia and Kanon worked with my wife to make this deal happen because I was out of town working. Then two very nice gentlemen delivered the car to us in Louisville. We signed the paperwork and took delivery. Such an easy process! You have no idea how we truly appreciated the ease of doing business with DF team!

Service is excellent and easy to make an appointment
The service was great. The techs were kind and very respectful. I felt like they really knew what they were doing and took good care of my car. My only complaint is with the waiting area. It was dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable. Overall, I was pleased they finished with everything in under the 90 minute estimate they gave me. It really only took about 50 minutes. I will definitely be back.
