Well when I purchased my car in 2018 I’ve always had good service from the service department. I would also like to mention as far as the dealership Kelvin the salesman who sold me my car and after 4 years of owning my car Kelvin is still there to assist me. I am not technology smart but Kelvin was able to help me with the Apple Car Play the other day when I had my car in for service and now I’m able to use it again. Most salesman sale you a vehicle and you never hear from them again but not Kelvin he is still there to assist me 4 years later. My daughter just bought a vehicle from Don Franklin Kelvin was there to assist her also. I will continue to recommend my family to Don Franklin as long as Kelvin is there.

Very great customer service! Dave Sharpe made the sale and he was very kind and accommodating. Glad they were able to find and trade for the exact car I wanted. If someone was asking would definitely refer to here. Only thing that was a draw back was the Market Adjustment to MSRP when no all other dealers were doing it. Overall though, great experience!
