I love my Kona it is cute and fun to drive but the warranty was the deciding factor in buying it. Since then I have had the pleasure of bringing my car in for service/oil change twice and I had to order a new tire due to driving over a nail. Each and every time I have been in I received exceptional service. Everyone is so kind and goes out of their way to thank ME for allowing them to provide a service that I am receiving for free! (With the exception of the tire I had to buy) Seriously, you all offer free services and oil changes and make me feel like I am doing you a favor just by allowing you to gift me with a free inspection and oil change. It truly is the very best customer service I have ever received and I do tell all of my family and friends. I am currently trying to decide which Hyundai I am going to buy my daughter because I can’t imagine buying from anyone else. Thank you for all you do and for going the extra mile to make me feel special. I even received a phone about 3 weeks after my last visit just checking in with me to make sure everything was going well with my car and to make sure I had had a good experience at your service center. You all are the very best!

You are a 10 in my book

They always do a good job of servicing my vehicle, even told me once that I didn’t need a requested service. They’re very busy now but I guess that’s typical of what’s going on everywhere, not enough employees post pandemic. It took a while to get in, but I got in and they took care of me as always.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and chill. I just got an oil change…the price was very reasonable.

Service was completed in a timely period and in a professional manner.
