I didn't like the fact they would look at the problem I was having with the oil in my car they wanted me to wait until I drove a1000 miles before they checked it out I was having to put oil in my car every two weeks now it's every week and my check engine light comes on more often I guess I'll have to wait until it breaks down before you'll do anything about it

Chris Staley was the sales guy that helped me and he did a wonderful job working with me. I didn’t honestly think there was much of a chance that I would be able to do the trade, as my car was just purchased in February. I just wasn’t satisfied with it and I needed back in an SUV. He told me at the beginning that he would fight for me, and he worked tirelessly to do just that.
