Everyone is kind nice and keeps u informed. But i had my cruise stop working and a code light up on way over and he said it would be and extra hour to look at it. i already drive and hour each way for service and did offer me another appointment but didn't really take it seriously. i want to take care of my car. i'm not mad just think he should have asked more questions and had more direction to me.

Chris was extremely helpful in showing me all about my new Kia and he was very knowledgeable about different features the car had and what best suited me, I wasn’t sure about going with a Kia because of bad press but Chris was very much consistent and his love for the brand pushed me to the point of trying it out and I fell in love with all the features and the styling.
