I’ve had three Kia vehicles and would buy another. I thought one of the filters I needed replaced was a little pricey.
Fast and friendly
My service person was Chad. He was great all the way around. While I was waiting for my oil change I received a text from a person named Chad. The text asked about my service experience just like u have. We'll i responded with a happy heartfelt response. I was really happy to be able to give my true feelings and happiness to the question. I should not of but I assumed that I was responding to someone above my service man that was he reported to about his performance. At that time I wasn't aware that text came from Chad. At that time I did not know his name. I identified him as a black man til when Chad came to check me out with lady at desk. I mentioned great review that I had given him. When he told me that my response only goes to him I tell u now I was not a happy camper or customer for that fact. I wrote that to let someone know how I felt about my experience with your service department that would would acknowledge his above and beyond assistance since I had no appointment the day before when I asked him to please fit me in as I last minute noticed I needed an oil change and was leaving to go out of town the next morning. He gave me option to wait it was just after workers came back from lunch.and were going to be very busy. So I thought I'd wait but asked about something 1st thing in morning. He simply told me we open at 8am. I arrived at 7:35am and was 1st in line. I was in at 8am and out happily by 8:30. It to me is very needed and wanted to forward my text to someone that can acknowledge and commend Chad for his service with me in my time of need. I believe I commended Stan or Stanley can't remember his last name but he's probably your best salesman ever since Don Franklin Kia came to Somerset KY. He's the best person to have delt with buying my 2024 Kia Forte. Thank you Don Franklin Kia for your employing Stan and Chad. Like I told them I look forward to working with them and I hope they are still employed there to be commended by me and future customers that I choose to recommend your business. Back to my text. How can I forward my service response that took my time, interest and sincerity to someone who cares about these 2 hardworking and caring employees? I have some longtime mental disabilities and I'll have u know that this text took me about 10 times longer than your texting. But I believe they are worth my time

I truly and sincerely thank both of them for the type of assistance I needed that they gave without me asking for special help. I'm originally from Cincinnati Ohio where I 1st started purchasing Kia's. I continued to purchase Kia's when my husband and I retired to Nancy Ky some 10 or so years ago. As u may be able to understand I have true appreciation of people who can understand my difficulties without me telling them what they are or that I even have them. Our salesman, Stanley, was amazing. He found what we wanted, stayed in our budget, got the paperwork done and we were out of there in our new vehicle! Our Sirius Radio and KIA access were already set up when he handed us our new keys. The whole process was flawless. I highly recommend KIA Somerset KY. They take good care of their customers. The GM of the dealership came out and talked with and congratulated us on our new car.

Staff was friendly
Tyler worked with me to correct a mistake/error made from the Lexington dealership when I purchased the car. It was disappointing to hear that it would cost me about 150 dollars to update the dashboard software.
The sales staff is excellent. Cyndi Duncan is great at helping us find just the vehicle we need at the right price. The service department is top notch, too. Everyone at Don Franklin is courteous and professional.

I have been buying vehicle’s from DFKS for several years. The service is amazing and the quality of vehicles are out of this world. But… most importantly, I feel like the employees care.
