I only deal with one salesman Stanley, but I'm sure there are others that are great at there job. He definitely bends over backwards to get you the best deal he can. He is honest and will tell you that you would be better off with something different or less money or a different year. But he will also put you in a new vehicle. The service department has always gotten me in because I don't make appointments, never know when I can get there. I have never waited more than one and half hours, and they check everything. All my questions were answered clearly and completely. The process of my purchase was quickly completed. My salesman, Chris Staley, was polite, efficient and very helpful. He listened to what kind of vehicle I wanted and needed and guided me to exactly that vehicle. He didn't try to push me toward a more expensive vehicle. The finance manager explained all aspects of that process. The SUV that I purchased should meet my needs for years to come. And when it comes time for my next vehicle purchase, I will definitely go to Don Franklin Kia.
Kia has come a long way from the early 2000. Very high quality the thing I like most about Kia is the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty you cant go wrong as long as you keep up with the maintenance like you should with any vehicle.

I love KIA Soul's. The one I purchased on 08-18-25 makes the 2nd one that I have owned. Mr. Charles Wright was absolutely the best salesman that I have ever worked with. Not only did I drive off the lot in a 2025 Kia Soul, my daughter purchased a 2025 Kia K4. Both of us were well satisfied with Charles. He wasn't pushy at all. He listened to what we had to say and made sure we were happy customers when we left the lot. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Charles a 15!!!!!
