The services which i had an oil change i had all the flyids checked the tires checked rotsted and balanced in about an hours time the staff was very curteous the only thing i was not happy about was my car wash the outside was still dirty and they didnt vacuum the inside but overall i was happy

I like the great service for the oil changes, tire rotations and washing of my car and I always get notified of any potential problems and enables me to get it taken care of before it happens! The staff are always very nice and one young man who walked me to my car as I was leaving complimented me on the good care I am taking of my Serento and he made my day!

Ryan did a great job for my first service experience at Don Franklin Somerset Kia. During my appointment for a seat switch recall, Ryan identified two pieces of trim that were loose (I hadn't noticed) and ordered the needed parts for the warranty repair. Thank you!
