Chad was awesome. Hands down some of the best service I have ever had. Great customer service and worked really hard to get me in and out quickly.
I have been treated with respect and given good estimates on repairs and warranty information. They customer service employees have always been on the ball and my car given back tidied up ( no service paper or debris left in my car) The waiting area is comfortable and you have nice snacks if one should want one available. Good coffee also. Very important to me. LOL

Chris & Davey were a great duo. The two worked their best to make my second purchase better than my first at Kia. They upgraded me into a new Telluride and even another kia too: They were very straight forward but also willing to see what they could do to help us.
