We would like for the oil change associate s to put the val stems or lug nuts back on the tires when ever they rotate them please. As soon as I left there yesterday my tire went almost flat and my husband had to take the truck to a tire shop and pay 20 dollars to replace the val stem duty your people did not put the cap back on it and your people stated to me the lug nut was missing and u all charged us 3.41 cents to replace the lug nut that your people did not replace last time we had our oil change on my truck.

I love that there is a dedicated area for children to play in. However, seeing how nice the general waiting room is with the free amenities, I feel like the kids play room is far too plain. The toys with batteries don’t work and some of the toys are broken. A Roku tv would be really nice in there as well.

I needed to have a major warranty service— replacement of catalytic converter. Although this is an expensive part and significant labor, the service was performed with no questions asked, promptly and courteously. Glad to work with a dealer that stands behind the product they sell.

Love the oil change service but I think the cabin our filter is too pricey 55.00 dollars is a bit much I bought one for the Kia Rio 2023 at O Reilly's for 24.00 and it's not that hard to change but other then that service was great
