All three or four times that I have purchased a vehicle from Don Franklin. It’s always been amazing service. This last time buying my 2025 Kia Telluride EX. I visited the car lot several times before deciding to purchase. Hayley sales person, did an excellent job explaining all of the safety features. How to navigate the touchscreen. She was very supportive of me having my children there to see if the vehicle would fit their needs as well. She was very understanding when I left., but was super excited when she saw me come back the next week. She still explained everything to me again answer the questions that I had. She was very patient and understanding. Even after I purchased my vehicle, she helped make the arrangements to have the side steps put on. She was also very helpful to find my wallet that I left in my trade in car. I would recommend Don Franklin to anybody that is looking for excellent customer service and amazing products.

Dannie the girl who was our salesperson was fantastic. Everything I wanted she made it happen. They stayed late for me, even before a holiday. I was never rushed or pushed to buy. It was such a great experience. That will be the only place I will go to get a vehicle when I need another one. My son bought one there too and they give you 100.00 for referring someone what a win. He hasn't received it yet but I am sure he will get it. What a great experience THANKS.

Friendly and honest

Very friendly and personable. I felt important. Tyler was very friendly and escorted me to the lobby and back to my car. They did my oil change and washed my car as well. I also saw Cindy who sold me my car. She remembered me and asked about a problem I had had when I first bought my car. They seem to really care about their customers and it's very refreshing in a world that lacks customer service. I would recommend Don Franklin to everyone.
