My Service took some time but it made me more confident that the issues were investigated thoroughly. Staff was very attentive if I had questions they tried their best to answer them for me or find an answer if they weren’t sure.

There was a large selection of vehicles from which to choose. My salesman Stanley Simcox was able to find a vehicle that was a perfect match for what I wanted. Dark exterior, light interior, no sunroof, good sound system and easy to operate and understand buttons, dash information and all the bells and whistles. I also got the much needed extra room in the back.
Stanley set up the My KIA app and info and synced my phone.
Shout out to salesman Stanley and GM Marc Lowe for making this happen!

Everything went smoothly except after sale completed has to wait 1 hour for car. I THINK detailing department was overwhelmed.
