Although my first experience wasnt great... I had to take my jeep back and the second experience was very good. They kept my vehicle until they figured out what to do in order to fix the issues that was happening. This time was a pleasant experience. Very thankful for Tim he really stepped up and my family is forever grateful.

The best customer service we have ever experienced. Our repair ended up being far more complicated than the original estimate and had to have parts reordered. We had a vacation planned and our car was not going to be ready in time. Not only did Don Franklin honor the original estimate, they paid for a rental car for our vacation!
