They made the financing easy and before I knew it I was leaving the parking lot in my vehicle! I really like my vehicle and so far I am happy with every aspect of it! You have an excellent service department. They explained everything about what they’re gonna have to do to your car. They do excellent work when they do a repair and keep you informed of the process. I drive a little ways to get to your service department, but it’s very well worth it. The service manager is very helpful. Explains everything and does an excellent job. I’ve been to a lot of Dodge Dealer repair shops, but the one in Monticello and the employees they have. There are just excellent. Don Franklin service is the only place I would take my Dodge.
