Went to dealership to repair key fob for my 2014Dodge truck with 200,000 miles that I purchased from Dale 12 years ago. Didnt have intentions of buying a truck. We drove this 2023 Dodge truck to pool room for lunch for cheeseburgers and before I came back to Somerset, I owned the Dodge truck . Along with 3 other employees, we ate the cheeseburgers there in the showroom.
I was treated very well and feel that I got a reasonable deal on the truck. My age is 72 and hope I am able to put 200,000 miles on this one. Dale, Prentice, Rutherford, and the nice lady where I paid for truck treated me great . Good team!!!

The Service Department at Monticello went above and beyond expectations by working us in without an appointment. We were traveling through the area when our Jeep broke down and they got us back on the road. Recommended a motel and shuttled us to and from. You have a good selection of Ram truck and if you don’t have what I’m looking for you search and find it and bring it to your location for me to test drive. Courteous service and friendly and professional sales. Your Not pushy like other dealerships. Vehicles are sold at a reasonable price, and most of all when my vehicle was totaled, and my insurance company was dragging their feet at getting me the money they owed me, Don Franklin in Monticello help me out in getting into a new truck sooner and getting out of a rental vehicle, which saved me some money and time. Matt Neal was my sales person and I would recommend him for anyone thinking of buying a new vehicle.
