I traveled from Atlanta, Georgia to London, Kentucky to purchase my 2023 Ford Explorer Timerline Edition. My sales advisor, Amber Allen was EXCEPTIONAL!!! She walked me through the process from start to finish and answered any questions; as well as, addressed any concerns quickly and efficiently. The Finance Manager, Doug, did a fantastic job with my paperwork, as well. The entire process was completely SEAMLESS and literally took less than an hour to complete!! I would highly recommend Don Franklin Ford to anyone in the market to purchase a new vehicle.

My oil was changed and the battery checked. It was noted that the battery was showing lower charge than it should be. I brought .y vehicle in the next day to recharge then recheck it. All was done as quickly and efficiently as possible. And, I'm good to go wherever i need to go.
