I always have great service.
However, when asking during several visits to have the in-cabin air filter to be looked at and see if it needs to be replaced. Both times I get the same response that it is hard to get out and could possibly damage it when checking it. They told me that they recommend it every 10,000 miles. If I did not think it needed to be checked and replaced why ask me if I have any other questions about the service? My car is at 36,000 miles, when you ask for something and do not get what you ask for.... you then take it upon yourself to do it.

The result of the service at Don Franklin Nissan is outstanding. I was very pleased with the service; I like Ron, he is professional, meticulous and honest. Don Franklin Nissan service is great compared to North Bay Nissan in Petaluma. Ron fixed fob key battery issue in no time whereas in North Bay Nissan guys coldnt fix it at all (I was there 3 times) suggesting that I have to get a new factory fob key. The problem was that guys at North Bay were replacing old battery with another old battery.
