Kind of not very happy cause there was a nail in the tire and a rotation was done but nail not mentioned as well as a $25.00 charge that was supposed to be cover with the type of warranty I purchased next time service is done papers will be at hand for questions about additional charges.

I'm always greeted warmly upon arrival in the service area. Hollin is always professional, friendly, and helpful. He doesn't sugar-coat the information he needs to give but gives his report efficiently and succinctly. He answers my questions when further explanation is needed.

Well, having worked there in the 80's long, long before it became Don Franklin Nissan, all I can say is they have done a wonderful job with the process of purchasing an automobile. You know how the whole thing feels like a scoping of your digestive track???
Well, they are the opposite. They got me in. We did the deal and they got me out. I think the whole thing took 2-3 hours tops.
