My service advisor is nice and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile to keep you informed as the appointment proceeds. Your website is difficult to use for scheduling service and I would rather just call and speak with my service advisor.

After my initial purchase from Don Franklin, I've been back twice so far for regular maintenance, oil changes, tire rotation. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about my vehicle and its maintenance needs without being pushy or condescending. I will continue going back for my Pathfinder needs.

I was looking for a dealership to perform factory maintenance on my 2017 Rogue. I tried Don Franklin. So far I have had 2 visits for regularly scheduled factory maintenance. The reception service adviser is always courteous and the service I have received has been prompt and reasonably priced. So far, very impressed.
