Arrived on lot to check out some vehicles we might be interested in. Shortly after. Harley Carothers greeted my wife and I. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure us and seemed to be truly interested in us getting the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. He located the vehicle we wanted and at a fair price. My wife and I thought it might take a couple of days to get the vehicle. We went back the next day in order to follow up on some minor questions we thought up, and we were pleased that the vehicle was on the lot, and he prepped it for us. He answered our follow up questions and needless to say, we purchased the vehicle by the close of business.
It was truly a great experience for us.
