Called for Appointment for Recall and oil change. Made appointment within a short time period. Dropped off car and was told it would be a few hours, that they would call. It was ready 2 hours ahead of schedule, despite a large backload of downed vehicles from a sudden drop in temperatures that week. Definitely recommend them.

Working with our sales consultant, Stephen Tichenor, was a great experience. Having purchased a new Buick Encore GX from him last April, we knew who to see when we decided to trade our 2019 Encore in February 2024.
The Buick Encore is a wonderful car for our family. My wife finds it very easy to run her errands, grocery shopping, the vet with our Westie pup, in this car.
We are looking forward to traveling in our new Buick Encore GX Avenir.
I have been going to Don Franklin after purchasing my car in 2018 for Oil Changes, upkeep on maintenance and I love how they tell me each time if I have a maintenance due on the next oil change so I can plan ahead, always quick easy in and out, clean facility and the service employee are so nice.
