She even returned an email on a weekend when she was off and did not think twice about helping me with the issue I had with my then-GMC Yukon XL. Jena V. has always been readily available to answer questions and reserve appointments for service. Jena V. referred me to salesman Tanner Richmond. Tanner R. is the most professional and honest salesperson. He went beyond my expectations in helping my wife and I choose and purchase our new (to us) 2022 Silverado with no pressure. Because of Jena V. and Tanner R., I recommended my daughter and her husband to shop at Don Franklin; who also bought a Silverado. I can not say enough great things about Jena V. and Tanner R. Don Franklin is always wonderful to work around a busy schedule. They always get me in and complete my oil changes quickly. When there was an issue with my car's turbo engine Don Franklin made sure to order parts and start working on it. While my car was being worked on, GM offered to cover the cost of a rental to get me back to my busy schedule 3 states away. Although there was a bumpy road getting the parts in, Don Franklin kept me up to date with what was going on every step of the way.
I have had service done in two different Don Franklin dealerships. All of the people at both dealerships were great. They are helpful and super nice. I will buy from Don Franklin again!
