We have never been to a dealership where you are treated like family. The car we purchased was serviced, cleaned , oil changed and a full gas tank. Brandon ward great and the manager stopped by with his children and spent time visiting with us while the car was being cleaned. He told us of the history of this dealership. Small town hospitality with great prices.

The whole process was seamless. There were no high pressure sales tactics while I was shopping. When I found the Vehicle I wanted (that was not on the lot) the salesperson made arrangements for the vehicle to be delivered to the Bardstown location when it was available. I couldn’t be happier with the buying experience and would gladly recommend Don Franklin and Joshua Barrett to anyone in the market for a new GM product.
