Your Service Dept went above and beyond to make sure that my car was serviced quickly. I notified them that my check engine light was on they immediately scanned it and found out the issue and ordered the part. Once the part came in they made sure to get it
fixed promptly. I highly recommend them.

The service is good. They come in there and tell you what’s going on and what you need if anything.
Our sales representative, Devin Boone, worked very hard to find the vehicle we wanted and that wasn't an easy task since we were looking for a 2023 model at the end of the year around the holidays and there wasn't a large selection. He wasn't a high-pressure salesperson and we appreciated that. We felt we were treated fairly regarding the price of the vehicle. All-in-all it was a positive experience working with Devin and purchasing a vehicle from Don Franklin.
