So unbelievably honest. Always take care of anything and all questions that I have. Very very knowledgeable. Always a happy experience. In the past I have been to other big dealers like Herb Jones in Etown that were very dishonest and thought I was stupid enough to fall for their lies and pay 2400 dollars or I might blow a head gasket. I’ve been very happy with the service. I really think that since I bought the car there and the battery is the same one that you had in it. Now I’m told the battery has a dead cell and it isn’t the correct battery that car should have had in it!! I think that $200 battery should have been on you!! I take very good care of my car and it has regular maintenance the rest your shop🤷♀️

I have basically just been to that location for oil changes and tire rotations but every time the service reps are extremely friendly. I hope not to have anything major but if I do, I will definitely go there.

Honestly, the reason I have bought two new vehicles and keep coming back is due to your service writer Jena VanArsdale. She actually cares for her customers, often going out of her way to make sure the customer is treated properly and any issues are addressed.
My only regret from buying my Silverado and Trax from Franklin is that Jena didn't get the commission for the sales. She has earned it by providing amazing customer service and care before, during and after the sale.
You need to make sure you hang onto her.
